Survivorship Bias: The Main Cognitive Error Underpinning Blue Pilled Perspectives

Most essays on survivorship bias begin with the story of Abraham Wald, a statistician working for the US military in World War 2; and this one will not deviate from that tradition.

Too many planes were being shot down by the Germans, and the Allies had to armor their bombers to make them more resistant. The top brass looked at the battle damage on the surviving planes, and proposed putting armor on the areas hit by enemy bullets. All wrong, said Wald; wrong because these planes were the survivors, the ones who returned home. Instead, he proposed that the air force should armor the areas that were not hit, because bullets striking these areas must have brought the non-surviving planes down. In sum, the top brass had focused only on an unrepresentative part of the data before them (the surviving planes), distorting their perceptions of the problem and its solution. Wald prevailed, the armor went on the unscathed areas, and far more planes began returning to base.

Despite Wald's victory, survivorship bias is still rampant in the media, in business, even scientific research. Research findings that are not statistically significant are usually resigned to the filing cabinet and forgotten, distorting the overall picture of a given topic; because significant findings might be unrepresentative products of pure chance, in relation to the total (mostly hidden) sample. Business people and investors write books about the 'laws' of financial success, conveniently forgetting all those who tried exactly the same methods without a positive result.

In medicine, we continually have to struggle against 'anecdotal' survivorship bias. Patients often resist their doctor's advice to stop smoking because "Grandpa Joe smoked 200 cigarettes a day and lived to 96!" What these patients fail to grasp is that Grandpa Joe was a memorable surviving outlier; and that it would be far wiser to consider the 30% who died prematurely of smoking related illnesses, rather than Grandpa Joe (0.001% of the total sample, if that).

Survivorship bias seems especially strong among among low IQ or uneducated people, partly because they cannot think objectively. This is why the lower classes are far more likely to play lotteries and games of pure luck than the educated classes. 

In sum, survivorship bias is a fascinating concept and once it is pointed out, one starts seeing it everywhere. 

But what has it got to do with the Blue Pill, Anglo-American feminism, and all the other things that interest us?

 

Plenty. In fact, survivorship bias is the key cognitive error underlying Blue Pilled thought.

This is because the Blue Pill fixates on self-reportage, and on narratives derived from unrepresentative social samples. The Anglo-American media continually regales us with tales about some one-legged ethnic tramp attracting a fashion model, precisely because it is so contrary to our experience. He is the one 'survivor' out of millions of low-value incel men who got nowhere; but since the millions had no interesting story to tell the media, their sexless lives got shelved and were conveniently forgotten. 

It is interesting that the Manosphere emerged as the mainstream media crumbled before the advance of social media, in the late noughties. While this is partly because social media facilitates the rise of international dissident movements, it is also because the mainstream media can no longer project its reflexive survivorship bias on the masses. As we know, this has stimulated more realistic views about ethnicity, looks, economics, and many other things. Only Boomers, SiGens, and the lower classes still accept the mainstream twentieth century narratives, on any major issue. And all those narratives were (and are) underpinned by massive dollops of survivorship bias.

In fact, the Red Pill also presents a sexual narrative heavily larded with survivorship bias. PUAs continually present us with one-eyed cripples who used 'Game' to get girlfriends, as if they were in any way representative of the total PUA sample who ended up with nothing. When Red Pilled men started to realize they were members of the representative 99%, not the unrepresentative 1%, the Red Pill rapidly yielded to the Black Pill.

This leads me to one final observation about survivorship bias. Although surviving outliers do exist, the mainstream media or Blue/Red Pill commentators usually omit the fact that they are often highly unrepresentative in other ways. For example, while Bill Gates and Steve Jobs both dropped out of college to start successful tech businesses, they both came from upper-middle class backgrounds and were endowed with very high IQs. Many popular entertainers hail from hyper-privileged backgrounds, even in such 'rebellious' fields as pop music, acting or comedy (Robin Williams, Humphrey Bogart, Kit Harington, Jake Gyllenhaal, Salma Hayek and Taylor Swift, spring to mind). This is not mere 'sour grapes', as the English say: these celebrities probably have better genes than most people, quite aside from their socioeconomic advantages. The mainstream media could once conceal this unstated reality, of course; but now the facts are just a Google search away. 

So when Red Pilled PUAs tell us about one-eyed Indians in wheelchairs snagging cheerleaders with 'Game' techniques, don't be surprised if said outlying Indians are also about to inherit fortunes, patent royalty rights, or some other valuable resource the cheerleader can exploit (of course, the PUAs will never tell us about these 'additional' outlying traits, because that would deface their weary 'personality is all' narrative).

I'll sign off by saying: look at the big picture if you want valid information. And the big picture usually looks very different from the one presented by Blue Pilled clowns.

 

The MSM's improbable norms are testament to rampant Survivorship Bias

 

Paradigm Shift at the Movies: Anton Chigurh and the Black Pill Revolution

No Country for Old Men was released in 2007, around the time that the West’s monoculture began to break down as the mainstream media were displaced by social media. Coen Brothers films are always resonant with cultural significance and are works of social art far more than they are mere entertainment. No Country for Old Men won Four Oscars and was clearly the best film of the year, if not the decade. Based on a 2005 Cormac McCarthy novel of the same title, the plot runs thus:

In rural Texas, welder and hunter Llewelyn Moss (Josh Brolin) discovers the remains of several drug runners who have all killed each other in an exchange gone violently wrong. Rather than report the discovery to the police, Moss decides to simply take the two million dollars present for himself. This puts the psychopathic killer, Anton Chigurh (Javier Bardem), on his trail as he dispassionately murders nearly every rival, bystander and even employer in his pursuit of his quarry and the money. As Moss desperately attempts to keep one step ahead, the blood from this hunt begins to flow behind him with relentlessly growing intensity as Chigurh closes in. Meanwhile, the laconic Sheriff Ed Tom Bell (Tommy Lee Jones) blithely oversees the investigation even as he struggles to face the sheer enormity of the crimes he is attempting to thwart.

Of these three characters, the psychopathic killer Anton Chigurh is our primary focus of interest. This is because his philosophy, while much debated by film critics and cultural theorists, is in fact thoroughly Black Pilled. He views the Blue Pilled nonentities he encounters as disposable trash, even killing them with a captive bolt stunner used to slaughter cattle. They are trusting ‘normies’ who believe the world is a safe place and completely obedient to authority. This is why he is always several steps ahead of them, as when he blows up a car to steal medical supplies from a drug store. Unused to unusual happenings, the dazed normies are lost in confusion while Chigurh acts decisively to claim what he wants. He instinctively knows how others will react, correctly assuming the basest and most selfish response. 

Chigurh is also celibate, further confirming his Black Pilled status. Both the other major characters are in relationships – we know Sheriff Bell and Llewellyn Moss are both married. Even Carson Wells might be married or in a relationship. Chigurh only talks to one woman, Moss’ wife Carla Jean, whom he later kills. Although his hairstyle is derived from old photos of Texas brothel patrons, he is never seen having sex with a prostitute or any other woman. We never learn enough about his mental state to discover whether he is volcel or incel, although his absolute indifference to women strongly suggests he is a Black Pilled volcel who equates sex with vulnerability.

At a more general level, Chigurh stands outside society and its laws. He is never static but always moving somewhere else. His coin-flipping method of deciding fate derives from his social isolation; he has no ‘significant others’ to impede this erratic lifestyle with their needs or demands. His insistent rootlessness echoes nomadic archetypes of American hyper-masculinity like the Marlboro Man, the gunslinger or the cowboy. In fact, Chigurh shows how a genuine MGHOW (Man Going His Own Way) might actually live, but seldom if ever does. That is, he does not sit around talking about women all day on the Internet; he has truly dismissed them from his life and taken his own road. His life has no feminine frills whatsoever. He roams the lonely highways, killing drivers to acquire their vehicles and steal their money while occasionally staying in seedy, run-down motels. 

If we are ruthlessly objective about it, Chigurh’s Black-Pilled view of the average human being is completely accurate. Most males in the Anglosphere are indeed cattle trapped in Sexual False Consciousness and White Knight simpdom. The average Anglo-American maggot actually walks the streets believing he has a serious chance of getting free sex from hypergamous, racist actresses and models. If his idiocy is questioned he gets angry and aggressive. The Blue Pilled masses are essentially cattle, penned up inside media illusions and their own self-deceit.

Chigurh's resounding success demonstrates how the Black Pill philosophy confers immense power on those who adopt it. Despite facing fearful odds, he survives the events of No Country for Old Men. Llewellyn Moss and Carson Wells both die while Sheriff Bell fails to apprehend him. It is also assumed Chigurh retrieves what remains of the money from  Moss' hotel room and keeps it for himself, thereby sustaining his nomadic lifestyle indefinitely. In short, the events of the movie strongly confirm the truth and validity of Chigurh's Black Pilled perspective: he survives and succeeds while his rivals die or fail.

One of the traditional Manosphere’s main follies is its lame assumption that social and economic elites are somehow  'Blue Pilled' normies, like the broad masses they manipulate and exploit. Nothing could be further from the truth: it is quite obvious that powerful individuals who profit from wars and abuse children nurture a totally Black Pilled view of humanity. 

This grim realisation leads us to an important point: the real reason Black Pill nihilism is actively suppressed by the Anglo-American authorities is not so much the damage it can do as the power it confers. Simply put, the Anglo-American Deep State and its various Power Elites want to keep the liberating power of the Black Pill for themselves. Think about it: giving the broad masses access to the Black Pill is like giving street-sweeps and janitors the nuclear codes. This is why Black Pilled thought is labelled psychopathy by the med-school dross called psychiatrists, even while every nation in the Anglosphere is ruled according to Black-Pilled values by thoroughly Black-Pilled elites. How else do they stay ahead of the Blue Pilled masses?

As is generally known, I roundly despise the old Red Pilled 'reformist' MRAs who once dominated the manosphere. Their efforts are utterly pointless in misandrist Anglo nations like Canada or the US, which reflexively view all men as disposable fodder. Even worse, the MRA's tedious and failed ‘crusade’ on behalf of Blue-Pilled chumps is totally thankless. In fact, the average Anglo-American simp despises movements like A Voice for Men and would happily execute all their members without a moment’s thought. 

Our own view of the deluded Anglosimp is this: if he wants to offer up his ragged life on the altar of the Anglobitch, shed no tears for him. In fact, we should actively encourage him to do so. The Awakened Man thinks no better of male cucks and simps than he does of Anglo-American women who fuck dogs or show their asses to minors in elementary schools. All are disposable cattle without a shred of value. If Chigurh’s deadly bolt stunner were to pierce their empty brains and leave them dead by the roadside, it would be no greater loss than that of an ant.

In sum, Anton Chigurh is an idol that every Black Pilled man should be striving to emulate in every area of life. Operate outside the matrix and view the broad masses as disposable cattle and you won’t go far wrong.

Knowledge without Nihilism: Introducing the Crimson Pill

Let us consider the various ‘pills’ that rule contemporary Manosphere thought:

The Blue Pill: The world of comforting illusion. In the MRA Manosphere, it has come to mean the fictional ‘mainstream’ narrative that women are all oppressed and all men advantaged, or that only men can be racist or elitist. In the Incelosphere or PUA community, it is synonymous with various romantic delusions: for example, that race, looks or height do not matter to women or that there is ‘someone’ for everybody. The various Blue Pill fictions are promoted to keep the broad masses cocooned in a comforting world of self-delusion, thereby making society function from day to day. Sexual False Consciousness – the absurd fantasy that ‘all’ men are having sex with models every night – is a perfect example of this.

The Red Pill: The world of (often bitter-tasting) reality. In the MRA Manosphere, it has come to mean the suppressed truth that law, healthcare, education and the media all favour women over men in contemporary society. In the Incelosphere  or PUA community, it has led men to pursue a variety of self-maximising strategies in order to trigger the innate (but socially repressed) female desire for psychopathic, socially dominant/indifferent or physically attractive males.

The Black Pill: The world of absolute truth in all its unending and inflexible horror. In the MRA Manosphere, it means rejecting activism for a MGTOW or renegade lifestyle on the fringes of society. In the Incelosphere or PUA communities, it has come to mean that factors like autism, looks, race or height are fixed and unchangeable, and that men who are ‘challenged’ in these areas are doomed to a life of involuntary celibacy. What defines the Black Pill is its immutability,  its nihilistic acceptance that many features of life cannot be changed despite one’s best efforts.

For me, it is obvious that there is truth in both the Black and Red Pills. While certain features of personal identity (looks, height, ethnicity) are fixed and predetermined, other features (economic status, location, culture) are open to manipulation. Therefore, serious and objective thought requires a new pill which integrates the wisdom of both the red and the black: a pill I will call the Crimson Pill.

The Crimson Pill: Accepting that many features of life cannot be changed but focusing solely on those that can, which are typically social or cultural in nature. Winston Wu of Happier Abroad represents the Crimson Piller at his most effective. He recognises the unchangeable features of his existence (shortness and East Asian heritage) but focuses on those he can change (principally, cultural location). As a result, he has been able to forge romantic bonds with several women outside the Anglosphere.

Obviously, the Anglobitch Thesis is in essence pure Crimson Pill: by rejecting or departing the Anglosphere, a man immediately solves the problem of entitled, misandrist, sex-negative, overweight Anglo-American women who use sex to manipulate and exploit men. That is, the Thesis focuses on a factor – namely, cultural location – which can be changed. It does not pretend that every male can looksmaxx to resemble the young Elvis Presley, or that midgets can become giants, or that autistic misfits will ever be the ‘life and soul of the party, or that hunchbacks will ever win female affection with ‘charisma’ or ‘personality’. Rather, it focuses on the one factor which any solvent man can change for the price of a plane ticket: namely, the culture he resides in. 

I am aware that many in the Manosphere view the Anglobitch Thesis are a ‘cope’, offering false hope to romantically disillusioned (or sexually disenfranchised) Anglo-American men. However, I have never been under the illusion that all women outside the Anglosphere are angels or that marriage is ever a totally risk-free proposition. Simply relocating to another culture will not guarantee romantic success, a happy, stable marriage or any other factor a man might desire for personal fulfilment. No society is perfect, or ever will be.

As the Manosphere has developed in depth and scope, embracing perspectives from a wide range of cultures, unexpected issues have emerged. Foremost of these is the issue of Canadian misandry. In the wake of his 1989 massacre, most observers considered Marc Lepine an anomaly rather than a true gender-warrior. However, as ever more Canadian males snapped and ‘went postal’ in violent revolt against the misandrist culture-war being waged against them, I began to realise that Canada is just as misandrist as the US, UK or Australia, if not more so.  Further, non-Anglosphere cultures with an active or residual puritan element have similar issues with institutional misandry and strained gender-relations. Obvious examples would be  Japan and some parts of the Islamic world. 

Despite these observations, the personal evidence of my many correspondents demonstrates that leaving the Anglosphere can definitely improve a man’s romantic chances in the absence of obvious physical deformities or extreme psychological disorders.  And when we turn to issues like divorce, the case for Anglo-specific misandry becomes even stronger. Various learned correspondents have demonstrated that the Anglosphere countries are defined  by several legal/cultural features which make it uniquely difficult for men to form healthy, safe or stable relationships.  I have defined these features as the Five Pillars of Anglosphere Dysfunction:

Materialism

Puritanism

Common Law

And the different, more freewheeling attitudes of Europe towards sex and sexuality are truly a lot different, which probably steers the culture sharply away from Anglo-style feminism, even among the feminists there. Before my fiancée joined me in France—and I’ll admit it here, even after we got married—one of the places I loved to go was up In NE Germany. Tbh German, Polish, Czech, Swedish and Finnish girls are sexy as hell in general, something about that Baltic area, and these gorgeous ladies never have hang-ups about being sexy, attracting men, even being nude or out in thongs in public. When you talk to them, many will say they’re feminists, but their coziness and lack of frigidness around being sexual totally changes what feminism means to them. FWIW I see the same kind of thing down in South America when I’ve been there, particularly down in Brazil, which is the one country I would have chosen if I didn’t wind up in Europe. Crazily hot women, independent, often say they’re feminists but it all means something a world away from Anglo feminism. (In Brazil, when a girl says she’s feminist what she really means is she likes to be the one in control in bed). So from that observation I think you guys are right, the way that Anglo feminists have been conditioned to view sex itself as dirty and nasty, a hang-up from our Puritan tradition, may contribute a lot to the nastiness and misandry of US and Anglo feminism.

For the simple price of a plane ticket, any solvent Anglo-American male can simply wash his hands of repression, sex-negative feminism and shrill, overweight women. If that does not increase his romantic chances by several hundred percent, nothing will. By directing all his efforts on a fluid, Red Pill factor - namely, his cultural location - it becomes possible for a Black Pilled man to transform his life for the better.

That is the wonder of the Crimson Pill.

Ready for Battle? Why the Globalist Gynocrats have to shut us down - and how we can stop them

In my last post, I pointed out that the 2020's will be a crisis decade for men in the West. It is obvious that a Battle of Pills is approaching. The Blue Pilled establishment in the Anglo West desperately needs awakened men back on the gynocratic plantation or returned to the shackles of Sexual False Consciousness in order to achieve its global empire of sex-negativity, misandry and deviance; and it will do anything to achieve that goal.

Awakened men are starting to be seen as a serious social problem. The authorities in Canada, USA and UK are starting to direct their energies against our subaltern empire of blogs, websites and channels. The closure of the Braincells Reddit, Undead Chronic's Channel and Roissy's blog are three skirmishes in this struggle. Now, the tempo will accelerate: left-liberal 'academics' (feminist shills) already speak of concocting online 'counter-narratives' to neutralise and subvert our message. Obviously, our opponents hope to crush the Manosphere by obliterating all major strongholds of Red/Black Pill wisdom in an online Blitzkrieg that leaves us fatally weakened. In doing so, they also aim to eliminate the movement's intellectually dominant minority; that is, its conceptual vanguard or 'thought-leaders'. Of course, killing off a nation's leaders has been a highly effective military strategy since ancient times.

In The Book of Five Rings, Miyamoto Mushashi laid great stress on choosing favourable ground and conditions for battle. If we consider our own ground and situation, both are fairly favourable. Firstly, we are fighting in digital space rather than physical reality. Although this has certain disadvantages, the digital realm is ideal for a small, determined band of fighters to hold their own against more numerous opponents. Secondly, we hold the initiative; our message is already 'out there' on the Internet, with widespread acceptance among the West's small minority of awakened men. At best, our opponents are firefighting, like doctors trying to contain an aggressive cancer.

So how do we defend ourselves? The first thing that needs doing is securing our strongholds by backing up all the data contained there. My good friend Richard Scarecrow has already done this with all content on my Anglobitch website, which is now safe for all posterity.

The second and more important step is to prepare for a decisive counter-stroke against our opponents. Every Red/Black pilled renegade should have at least nine sock-puppet accounts on their favoured platform; consider these as redoubts to which you can fall back and clone your content if the authorities shut down your blog, channel or website.

The third step is to continue the struggle with renewed grit and determination. Unlike fallen icons like Roissy or Undead Chronic, replicate all your work on an alternative account or platform the instant the authorities close it down.  Not only will they be left utterly confounded, your message will reach an ever greater audience. The Internet is ideal for this, since digital information can be instantly cloned and reinstated. Additionally, infiltrating Blue Pilled misandrist strongholds such as Incel Tears and the tradcuck Daily Mail discussion boards with sock-puppet accounts will bog down the Blue Pill's hegemonic counter-offensive with feint, deception and subterfuge. Simply pointing the average clown to any Black/Red Pilled source containing the words 'scientific' and 'research' will wholly confound them, especially when disguised as a female, transsexual or baffled cuck. The British Army used this 'swamping' strategy against the IRA in Northern Ireland, infiltrating their ranks with informers until they were no longer able to function. The 'Chadfishing' operations undertaken by the incel community are a humorous variant of this approach, although direct infiltration is far more effective.

Thus armed, we are ready for battle.

Sexual False Consciousness Rampant: Blue Collar Chumps, Incel Tears and the Great 'Trickle-Down' Delusion

My concept of Sexual False Consciousness is gathering pace and traction across many different Manosphere channels. Youtube, blogs and other fora are clamouring to discuss the concept. One of the most interesting is VVS, whose latest video makes interesting viewing. In this, he dissects the recent finding that, contrary to the mainstream media myth that the US is a sexual Wonderland, half of all young Americans are now single:

One of the funniest things is the way American cuckservatives ascribe this sexual drought to 'choice' or the re-emergence of 'Christian morality' among the young. The real answer - as we all well know - is the well-described cocktail of residual puritanism, sex-negative feminism, homosociality, misandry, racism and hyper-hypergamy that governs Anglo-American gender-relations. With the rise of social media, the impact of these forces has wrought terminal damage on male-female interaction.

Despite this obvious truth, the mainstream media spin on the study referenced above is riddled with evasion and denial. The usual self-appointed 'experts' are wheeled out to cloud the real issues in time-honoured fashion. Aside from the robust statistical evidence indicating widespread repression and male sexual disenfranchisement is the baffling lack of common sense underpinning these denials. Do mainstream media people really think that the average Joe working a blue collar job is bouncing around in bed with models every night? Given the obvious hyper-hypergamy of most Anglo-American women - and their withering contempt for the bottom 80% of males - is it not entirely obvious that male sexual disenfranchisement is a modern pandemic? A person with Down's Syndrome ought to be able to see that the 'mainstream' narrative - that 'everyone' is having orgies with models all night - is complete nonsense.

Despite feminist claims, there never was a 'trickle-down' of sexual freedom into the male working class; to the contrary, feminism saw low-value males cast into the sexual wilderness. Although they bleat endlessly 'around the houses', social 'scientists' (cough) will never admit the true cause of lower class males' aggression, intolerance, suicide and violent criminality: widespread sexual disenfranchisement. It is entirely obvious that persistent sexual frustration makes blue collar chumps belligerent and sadistic: blue collar racism and homophobia also derive from the same effect.

The 'Mainstream' Media: Hallucination?

Although the Internet is inevitably more honest and objective than the mainstream media, it still contains islands of utter self self-deceit. One of these is the IncelTears Reddit, which boasts insane  levels of Sexual False Consciousness. This bizarre online redoubt spends most of its time critiquing the posts made by avowed incels on the incels.is blog. Yes - this bizarre bunch of omega males and transitioning transsexuals sit around criticising the 'truecels' as if they themselves were enjoying orgies with models on a regular basis! The only difference between the two blogs is Sexual False Consciousness: while the true incels on incels.is accept their sexual disenfranchisement, the IncelTears brigade carefully hide it behind a fake subtext of sexual bounty. This unstated narrative - that everyone is enjoying orgies every night - flickers around nearly all sexual discussion in the mainstream media and those deluded by it. Do these people seriously think that? Are they really that deluded?

Maybe they are. But here are a few alternative explanations for their studied denial of reality:

• Maybe people who deny the Anglobitch Thesis are mad? At least, are their views of social reality so deluded as to be hallucinatory? The French philosopher Jean Baudrillard argues that the mainstream media occupy a hallucinatory realm which has no reference to reality. Baby Boomers, women and others still snared in this fantasy world continually confuse it for reality itself. It is interesting that the Manosphere is largely a Generation X, Y and Z phenomenon; perhaps this relates to the fact that the mainstream media has less hold on the young?
• The Anglosphere is notable for its denial of historical, political, social and (especially) sexual reality avoidance. As I wrote at length in my first book, Havok (2009),  this aversion to reality is a  cultural expression of Anglo-American puritanism. Accepting that life is not ideal for large - in fact, very large - numbers of people means accepting reality; and that is not something the evasive Anglosphere is particularly comfortable with. When the problem is sexual - as is the case with Sexual False Consciousness - the discomfort elicits draconian repression. Hence the tendency to shout down, ridicule or ignore males who openly discuss sexual disenfranchisement - either their own or anyone else's.
• As a regular poster called Sebastian Hawkes has said, the mainstream media is dominated by unrepresentative males with enormous wealth and power. Is the popular delusion that women are clamouring for sex with everyone largely a product of the casting couch? Also, the fact that much of the sexualized media aimed at women is created by gay men projecting their own sexual fixations onto their female audience, creating the modern pandemic of female sexual false consciousness.
• Simple fear of breaking ranks and giving voice to truth plays a prominent role. One is reminded of the Emperor's New Clothes: no one dares speak the truth because of social pressure.
• Maybe SFC is just a by-product of mass stupidity? Most SFC types either study soft, non-STEM subjects or are blue collar chumps - in short, not the brightest tools in the box. In the UK, one person in three cannot divide 65 by 5 with pencil and paper. It may just be that most Anglochumps are just too dumb to see though SFC. If television told them the moon was made of cream cheese, they would most likely believe it.
• During the 60s and 70s, the Anglo-American masses bought into the notion that the destruction of monogamy would result in a lifelong orgy with thousands of warm, willing females pandering to their every whim. Well, it did: but only if you were a rich, famous, high value male. The Average Joes who cling to SFC will never admit that they were gulled by post-war 'liberation' rhetoric. At best, they cling to a 'trickle down' model of sexual relations; that they will get the dregs of the banquet, at some undisclosed point in their miserable lives. However, the grim reality of female sexual liberation in the Anglosphere is hyper-hypergamy, which almost no 'real' male (not even highly successful ones) can live up to. Accepting that you were duped is hurtful in the extreme; SFC helps men to manage the natural shame of their own naivety, stupidity and sexual failure.
• Accepting one's own SFC means accepting the reality of female nature. Because men in the Anglosphere nations are raised to pedestalise women due to residual puritanism, it is especially hard for them to accept that women are imperfect. 

However, media lies and mass self-delusion can only go so far. Given the the arid sexual reality of North American existence, the post-Internet decline of the mainstream media and the rise of our rampant, unregulated Manosphere, the dysfunctional nature of Anglo-American gender-relations can no longer be hidden. The Red Pill will never be 'mainstream' but ever more self-aware, solvent and educated men are deconstructing the Matrix.

The Movie Matrix is not the Anglo-American Matrix: Why the Blue Pill is an Imperfect Analogy for Real-World Self-Delusion

In the Matrix, Neo is famously offered the Red Pill of Truth and the Blue Pill of Illusion. As everyone knows, the Blue Pill means bliss in the Matrix for Neo, however fake and illusory; while the Red Pill means awakening to a terrible truth:

Morpheus: This is the world that you know. The world as it was at the end of the twentieth century. It exists now only as part of a neural-interactive simulation, that we call the Matrix.

Morpheus turns to Neo
Morpheus: You've been living in a dream world, Neo. This...is the world as it exists today.

Morpheus changes the channel on the televison.

The sky is an endless sea of black and green bile. The earth, scorched and split like burnt flesh, spreads out beneath us as we enter the television.

Morpheus : Welcome.....to the desert of the real.

However, the real-world analogy to the Blue Pill is Sexual False Consciousness - false hope and self-delusion without any material or sexual compensation. While the fictional Matrix at least satisfies Neo's basic needs and offers the traitor Cypher boundless sex and status, the real-world Anglo-American Matrix offers the average Blue-Pilled male precisely nothing. He does not even get Cypher's illusory money, women and power. Instead, he kids himself he is getting these things while getting nothing at all: that is the crucial difference.

So the Blue Pill analogy linking Neo's Matrix to Anglo-American reality is somewhat flawed. Although I am a libertarian, I borrowed the idea of False Consciousness from socialist thinkers like Karl Marx and Antonio Gramsci. Both said something very interesting about the concept they created: because False Consciousness - a kind of mass self-delusion about the nature of reality - is continually refuted by a bitter-tasting reality, its hold over the masses can never be absolute. Despite society's best efforts to indoctrinate the masses via schools, advertising and the legacy media, a seed of revolutionary resistance will always exist. The same is also true of Sexual False Consciousness: however hard a sexually disenfranchised male tells himself he is banging models every night, he is not banging models every night. In fact, the Anglosphere (and especially North America) is a dating and relationship nightmare for men! For this reason, the potential for social revolution and resistance is always present in the real world, unlike Neo's near-flawless Matrix with its myriad sexual and material compensations for compliant participants. 

Is the reader still with me?

Awakened men reading these words threw off the chains of Sexual False Consciousness and all others have the same potential for Awakening: reality itself ensures that. Black men, white men or Asian men all experience the same Anglo-American reality with its misandrist, gynocentric fixations. And however much the ailing lamestream Anglo media claim the Anglosphere is some kind of sexual Shangri La full of kindly, liberated angels offering free sex to everybody, the sterile and oppressive reality of Anglo-American existence demonstrates otherwise.

Because of this, the Anglo-American Matrix and its institutional misandry is at best a provisional government, not an eternal one.
